Flame polishing

Using our multiple flame polishing machines we flame polish all edges to give all edges a glass look finish and smooths the edge to take off the sharpness.

Line bending

We offer a thermoforming service bending sheet and components upto 2500mm wide.

Diamond polishing

Our diamond polishing machines use a process of mechanically moving sawn panels across a set of diamond cutters running at high speed, giving an extremely high quality clean polished edge.

Quality Control

Our highly trained and dedicated staff take enormous pride in their work and we also have a quality checking system to ensure the best possible product leaves us.

UV bonding

This type of bonding offers an extremely high quality joint. Ideally suited to display cases & other prestigious jobs. However UV bonding is not a structural bond, so should not be used where stress may occur.
